ADULT EXERCISING
The first trainings for adult exercising are adapted
so that everybody is able to participate.
In addition to fall techniques and basic judo
techniques, this training program is made for adults who want to train their
general condition and movement.
In following training passes these adults are
separated into groups according to their needs and ambitions.
There are both the “exercise group” and “competition
group” and in addition, we have a special group called “self defence” group where we teach the
adults basic self defence techniques.
