JUDO PLAY (5–7
years old)
Playing Judo is the children’s”debut”
into this sport. They learn to interact with other
children, listen to their teachers and learn to respect other kids. The program
for these kids is basically to teach them how their body’s functions and its
coordination.
They learn fall techniques and lots of gymnastics,
since these two are essentials in practicing judo, as well as for other
outdoors activities.
Even if children stop practicing judo, they will use
this knowledge in their future.
Learn
playing
One of the most important training methods in our club
consists in the various “games” we use. They are not only used for getting the
kids attention, but to teach them Judo in a ”playful”
way.
Balance, reaction capability, condition, fantasy,
creativity, and most of all, FAIR PLAY, are the key words in the teaching of
judo to our kids.
Judo. A good start in life
Our goal is not to produce kids which are good in
Judo. Our goal is to produce GOOD KIDS with the help of Judo. We try to push
our kids to keep on practicing sports, and keep on trying to become a better
person in the future. We are proud to have given so many kids a helping hand
for a good start in their lives.
