JUDO FOR KIDS, BOYS, GIRLS AND ADULTS
WITH MOTOR AND CONCENTRATION DIFFICULTIES
The main purpose of this training is to enable
coordination and body understanding on people with special needs.
Everybody will learn fall techniques, though they are
adapted to everyone’s needs, and they will be able to control their body when
they are attacked with Judo techniques, when they fall off a bicycle or when
they go on ice.
The main purpose is to learn to protect their heads,
which will be useful throughout their life as individuals or as sportsmen.
This kind of training is repeatedly stimulated in
order to make it as useful as possible not only during the practice of Judo,
but also during their daily activities.
Contents:
Lots of fall techniques, games, gymnastic, and mat
techniques.
Individually suited Judo trainings
Individually suited grading.
Objectives:
To be able to learn about their own body and its
possibilities to move all body parts.
To teach all students to listen, look, pay attention
and do as they are told by the teachers.
Although Judo is an individual sport, they need a
partner to achieve their goals, thus they learn to interact with other people
with or without special needs.
To teach them Judo in the way that they can achieve
satisfaction and higher grade levels.
One of the main purposes and objectives are to awake
their interest for sports, movement, motion and friendship.
